Define the Problem- Get stronger and faster by Football season
Brainstorm:
• Stretch frequently thorough out the day each and every day so I can be flexible and prevent injuries
• Make sure I am eating correct everyday and flushing my system with tons of water
• Create a workout schedule and stick to it
• Work with my trainer every week
• Work hard but smart
• Fuel my body correctly with protein
• Use the resources around me to get my body as strong as possible
Most important ideas:
• I think to stretch frequently is definitely one of the best ways to get stronger and faster, because it prevents injury and allows more extension of all your muscles and joints.
• Eating correct everyday is also one of the biggest parts in getting your body faster and stronger because it gives your body the fuel that it needs to be as strong as possible.
• Creating and sticking to a solid workout program is what will really get me there
Action plan:
My action plan to get my body faster and stronger is to stick to the summer workout program that I am doing. By doing that I will reach my goal and come into the season on fire. Also I plan on eating and drinking the right fluids all summer and remaining in shape and healthy, once you get out of shape and are eating wrong your body will not be able to perform at top gear.

Team Bonding
Define the Problem- To create an authentic team bond to bring us through the season strong
Brainstorm:
• All ways be on time
• Make younger players or freshman feel wanted on the team rather than neglected
• Set up team bonding days where we all go out and play a sport or just do anything as a team
• Show younger players or players looking for leadership that it takes hard work to win
• Encourage and help younger players when they do not know what to do
• Do not let anybody slack
• Let everyone know that no one is greater than another on the field or in general
• Let everyone know by example that it’s hard to earn your spot
• Get together conditioning days where the teams will work out together outside of the coaching staff
• Don’t allow people to rag on other players
Most promising ideas:
• I think that always being on time will help create a strong team because if you’re on time it shows that you are ready and prepared to do work, when you are late it shows that whatever you were doing before is more important
• Making younger players feel more comfortable and more a part of the team will help create a solid trust all the way through because you’re as strong as your weakest link and If everyone is on the same page and has each other back than you have yourself a team.
• Set up players practices I feel would help create a strong bond because we would do work that was scheduled only by us and would require only our own wills and players to push us, instead of the coaching watching over you being your motivation.
Action plan: My action plan towards creating the strongest bonded team requires a day in and day out commitment. Constantly being at full go and keeping myself healthy if my first part of the plan, doing this will allow me to continue to help build my team and lead by example. Secondly I will find other leaders and encourage them to rise up and be leaders and help the team, by having multiple leader figures it will most definitely raise the teams confidence and overall attitude. Last it will take other leaders on the team and me pushing the other players and consistently trying to get ready for season and for everyday practice.
+- Previous season I feel I did well by being the best leader that I could be and I was 1st team all-league defensive player and was 2nd defensive player of the year as a junior Change-
Some things that I would and will change would have to be my grades and work habits, if I changed those things I will get a scholarship for football.
?- Why can’t you do a inter district transfer as a senior to another school and play football?
Whats the lowest GPA you can have to play in D1 or D2 football? Ideas-Some ideas towards change would probably be to create a solid schedule that I stick to that will set me up for success, and to try and remain grounded for the part over the school week

computer crunch
I think that depending on who shows up to class at what times and logs in on their computer that it should put them into a slot and than you just rotate as soon as you are done. There aren't really too many rules in brainstorming, the only one that i can really think of would probally be to just extend on previous ideas and make them better.
glider challenge:design phase
1) What's the challenge? The challenge thast you have presented us with is to see how big of a glider you can make with given materials.
2) Brainstorm solutions:
-What are the rules of brainstorming? (oxymoron)- The one rule of brainstorming is to not have any rules. The purpose of Brainstorming is to jot any ideas that pop up in your head, by setting limitations or rules you wouldn't be brainstorming anymore.
-List your ideas-I would use lighter materials that can catch wind fairly easy but still have some weight on it. Than i would use a strong base material and hopefully try and find some material that would shift with the wind.
3) Specify:
-Criteria- longest fly distance, lightest weight and having a fast plane are probaly the things that would be judged
-Constraints (be specific about materials available)balsow wood and paper or whatever material you feel that works best as the covering
4) Develop Solutions:
-Sketch (with labels)
-Model in CAD (Engineering Design courses only)
5) "Prototype the Prototype"
-You can only build once with your balsa/tissue paper materials. Use paper-aircraft to test your ideas. Each memeber of your team will build a paper airplane.
final challenge
The problem that you have challenged us with is to create some sort of way to store a bicycle comfortably in a small living envirement. In a small living area you obviously want to have as much walking space as possible, which means reduce what is on the floor. I would probally do some sort of ceiling hanger or platfoirm you put it on. Some constraints i feel that you have on this task is that it may be dangerous to hang something from the ceiling because it can fall on someone head. Also you probally want to make the size of what it hangs on small but appealing to the eye because its in someones home.
